The first service that has been integrated with DESA'L is the Via Oberta service . In this way, if you request it, the receipts or evidence (PDF) obtained from the manual consultations in Via Oberta will be automatically saved in the DESA'L repository, in the corresponding file.

As you know, when a query is made in Via Oberta, one of the mandatory parameters that must be reported is the file number. Precisely, the DESA'L service will use the value entered in this field to archive the documentation. However, you can find yourself in two scenarios:

  • That the file number reported when consulting Via Oberta already exists in DESA'L. In this case, the Via Oberta receipts will be stored in this file.

Or that the record does NOT exist in SAVE. In this case, since you do not know in which class or entry in the classification table you have to save the file, the system will create the file within a class with the name "Via Oberta", which in turn will be within a class called “Documentation pending classification”. Afterwards, if you deem it appropriate, the files / documents stored in this class may be moved / copied to other classes or levels in the classification table, as long as the user has permissions.

For each PDF document, the metadata that will be automatically captured and then used to search DESA'L is as follows:

  • PDF document name: <OPEN VIA PRODUCT CODE> - <MODALITY CODE (not purpose!)> - <OWNER ID (if informed in the Owner blog)> - <DATE>
  • Creation date: Date the query was performed
  • Descriptors: Name of the data transferring body - Product VIA OBERTA - Modality - Purpose - Identification number of the owner of the data consulted.
