In addition to creating and modifying documents, users can:
- download documents
- Copy, cut and paste documents
- Delete documents
- Sign pdf documents
Responsible user: Archivist and user with write and / or read permissions
To download a document, simply click on its name.
You cannot download more than one document at a time, nor can you download the file.
Copy, cut and paste documents
Responsible user: Archivist and user with write permissions
To copy a document, check the box to the left of the document and click on the "Copy" button. This action will keep the original document and create a new copy of it in the file to which it is attached.
To move a document, check the "checkbox" to the left of the document, and click on the "Size" button. This action will move the document to the new folder where it is pasted.
To copy or move a document to a file, you must first copy or cut it. Then, once located in the desired destination file, click on the "Paste" button. Some of the document's metadata is updated when it is located in a new file.
The metadata being updated is:
- Reference code
- Production unit
- Document number
- URL SAVE
- LOPD data sensitivity
- Access level
Delete a document
Responsible user: user with write permissions
To delete a document, check the box on the left and click on the "Delete" button.
A confirmation message will then appear stating that you really want to delete a document, if so, click the "OK" button.
PDF documents can be signed electronically using the AOC Consortium's signature applet. When a PDF document is selected, a "sign" button will be enabled.
The signing applet will now be loaded and the document can be signed. Please note that signing the document will overwrite the original document. The signature that is generated is of the advanced type and includes time stamp
